BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS 1 April 2026 DNeX had, on 31 March 2026, lodged an Islamic notes programme of up to RM3.0 billion in nominal value with the Securities Commission Malaysia. 30 June 2025 DNeX signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) agreement with Sinohydro Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Sinohydro Malaysia”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinohydro Corporation Ltd (“SINOHYDRO”), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a major Chinese state-owned company, Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd (“POWERCHINA”), to explore and develop key initiatives across Malaysia’s growing renewable energy sector. 2 March 2026 DNeX and Majlis Amanah Rakyat (“MARA”) have announced a strategic collaboration to spearhead a digital transformation driven by artificial intelligence (“AI”) for MARA organisation. 3 September 2025 DNeX, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Dagang Net, received a contract extension from the Government of Malaysia for the National Single Window (“NSW”) for Trade Facilitation, underscoring the Government’s continued confidence in the company’s expertise and capabilities in digital trade infrastructure. 16 December 2025 DNeX has been successfully included in both the FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia (“F4GBM”) Index and the FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia Shariah (“F4GBMS”) Index, effective 22 December 2025. BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS 13 May 2025 DNeX, through wholly-owned subsidiary Dagang Net, continued its involvement in Saudi Arabia’s Makkah Route initiative for 2025. 20 May 2025 DNeX entered into a strategic partnership with Turkish Armed Forces Foundation’s HAVELSAN Hava Elektronik Sanayi (“HAVELSAN”), a company known for providing high-tech, software-intensive products, solutions, and services for both domestic and international markets. 2025 KEY HIGHLIGHTS 22 May 2025 DNeX through wholly-owned subsidiary Dagang Net signed a Heads of Agreement with Shanghai E&P International, Inc. to collaborate on key digital trade initiatives between Malaysia and China. 18 June 2025 DNeX, through subsidiary Innovation Associates Consulting Sdn. Bhd. SEMICONDUCTOR SilTerra is a 60 per cent-owned subsidiary of DNeX. It was founded in 1995 to provide a compact technological foundation for the country to become a developed nation, as well as a catalyst for influencing and developing breakthroughs in a variety of fields.
