INVESTOR RELATIONS Investor Relations Approach and Engagement Framework DNeX’s investor relations (“IR”) approach is anchored in transparent disclosure, robust governance oversight and consistent engagement with the investment community. We view investor communication as a core governance responsibility that supports informed capital allocation and the creation of long‑term shareholder value. Our objective is to provide investors, shareholders and analysts with timely, decision‑useful insights into the Group’s strategy, operating performance, financial position and core priorities, enabling a clear assessment of performance, risks and execution capability. During FY2025, amid a more challenging operating environment and softer business momentum, our IR communications remained fact‑based, balanced and outcomes‑oriented. We focused on articulating key performance drivers and constraints, alongside management’s actions on cost discipline, capital prioritisation, and strategic responses to operating environment. Structured and Continuous Market Engagement During the reporting period, we maintained a structured engagement calendar with the investment community through scheduled quarterly results briefings, Annual General Meetings (“AGMs”) and proactive engagements when material developments warranted additional explanation. These interactions provided platforms for two-way dialogue, enabling management to address analyst queries, clarify assumptions and respond to investor feedback in a transparent and timely manner. Engagements were conducted via virtual platforms to maximise accessibility, and in-person meetings to facilitate more direct and meaningful engagement with the investment community. Communication and Engagement Programmes Conducted: Quarterly Analyst Briefings Analyst briefings are a key component of the Group’s investor engagement framework, designed to provide the investment community with a comprehensive and balanced understanding of the Group’s performance and strategic direction. These sessions typically cover detailed financial results, operational developments across key business segments, capital allocation priorities, and the prevailing risk landscape, alongside management’s outlook and assumptions underpinning future performance. Emphasis is placed on presenting clear and consistent information, supported by relevant data and performance indicators, to facilitate informed analysis and valuation. The briefings also serve as an interactive platform for constructive dialogue, enabling analysts and fund managers to gain greater clarity on execution priorities, while allowing management to address market perceptions and reinforce transparency and accountability. Board Oversight and Governance Alignment The Board plays an active role in overseeing the Group’s IR strategy and disclosure practices. Directors are regularly briefed on investor sentiment, market feedback and evolving institutional expectations to support informed and effective oversight. The Board continues to deepen its understanding of capital market dynamics, regulatory developments and industry trends, ensuring that investor perspectives are appropriately reflected in strategic and governance deliberations.
