MANUFACTURED CAPITAL • Investment in IT infrastructure: RM0.3 million (2024: RM2.7 million) • Capital Expenditure: RM197.9 million (2024: RM211.7 million) As we operate in fast‑evolving markets, maintaining the competitiveness of our manufacturing and technological capabilities requires consistent financial investment (Financial Capital) and continuous employee upskilling (Human Capital). SOCIAL & RELATIONSHIP CAPITAL • Direct and Indirect Tax and Zakat Contributions: RM30.6 million (2024: RM49.8 million) • Paid to Suppliers/Vendors: RM870.0 million (2024: RM876.1 million) • Maintained zero incidents, legal notices or complaints related to corruption; anti-competitive, anti-trust and/or monopolistic behaviour; breaches of customer data privacy. Through our commitment to and action on community development and environmental protection, we strive to burnish our reputation as a responsible organisation, opening the door to global growth opportunities that enhance our Financial Capital. NATURAL CAPITAL • Expanded Scope 3 assessment to identify and prioritise value chain emissions, with a roadmap to enhance disclosures in future reporting cycles. • Diverted 87% of solid waste from landfill.
