She is an experienced leader with an extensive supply chain track record in the semiconductor industry. With 33 years of hands-on industry experience, she has held numerous roles leading operations of sizable semiconductor facilities within and outside Malaysia. She is particularly well-versed in process and equipment engineering, as well as test and product engineering, which provide deep insights that enable her to achieve operational realignments, cost productivity and controls across manufacturing processes. She completed her contract as an advisor and Vice President of Operations with sensiBel AS in December 2024. In this role, she was responsible for setting up the manufacturing process for microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) microphones. Her focus included coordinating assembly and testing partners, managing costs, and establishing the operations infrastructure. Before her tenure at sensiBel AS, she provided advisory services on several key assignments, including the setup of an assembly partner for Novelda AS, a Norwegian semiconductor design company. Additionally, she conducted technical due diligence for SilTerra Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the Company.
