She leads and manages the Group’s overall human resource (“HR”) and administrative functions. Her role is pivotal in aligning human resource strategies with business objectives, covering talent management, organisational development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and general administration. She has over 20 years of experience in human resource management across industries including information technology, consulting, telecommunications, financial services, and food & beverage. Her key expertise includes talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, human resource operations, organisational development, and strategic workforce planning. Previously, she served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Integration/Head of Recruitment at DNeX, where she led full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding for the Group. She played a vital role in human resource digitalisation and leadership development initiatives. Prior to this, she held key HR roles at Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd., Kelly Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Temenos (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and PKTech Sdn. Bhd., contributing to both operational excellence and strategic HR transformation. In this capacity, he orchestrates the Group’s long-term growth agenda. His remit encompasses forging high-impact strategic partnerships and ventures, steering international market expansion, oversees Groupwide Risk and Sustainability initiatives, and directing technology-focused investments through the DNeX Innovation Fund. He is responsible for setting the overarching corporate strategy that positions the Group for sustained success. Saifullah’s career is distinguished by a robust foundation in capital markets and investment banking. Prior to joining DNeX in 2020, he spent nearly a decade in corporate finance and investment banking, holding senior roles at the Corporate Finance Department of MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad and AmInvestment Bank Berhad, as well as within the Corporate Banking Department of Malayan Banking Berhad. He further broadened his commercial acumen beyond financial services with a stint in business development at Malaysian Agrifood Corporation Berhad, a wholly-owned investee company of Khazanah Nasional Berhad. This experience provided him with invaluable, on-the-ground insight into the fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCG”) and logistics industries.
