He also provides valuable in-house legal and secretarial support services to the Group, effectively resolving legal issues and safeguarding the Group’s rights and interests. He is also responsible for the efficient management of staff and resources in the Legal and Secretarial departments while enhancing and strengthening the Group’s internal processes and procedures through digitalisation, promoting compliance and good corporate governance. Before joining DNeX, he was Head, Legal & Compliance in Citaglobal Berhad, an investment holding Company since November 2020. He brings with him more than 10 years of extensive and diversified experience in oil and gas/engineering, construction, education/ intellectual property and fund management industry, and exposure in legal firm as a lawyer and partner for more than 12 years.
