STAKEHOLDERS AND SUSTAINABILITY PRIORITIES Our materiality assessment, completed on 22 June 2026, rated six topics as high exposure, four as medium and none as low. All six high-exposure topics are treated as Destini’s material topics for FY2026. Customers and suppliers Customers rely on equipment that meets specification and on work completed to schedule; suppliers provide the components, materials and services that make those commitments possible. Product integrity, dependable supply and fair commercial conduct are therefore material to our business. Employees and communities Our employees’ technical knowledge is, in effect, the service we provide. Training and working conditions determine whether we retain that expertise. Local employment, contributions and activities such as the Seremban clean-up also sustain our relationships with neighbouring communities. MAIN MATERIAL TOPICS AND PRIORITY MEASURES The six topics assessed as high exposure are Destini’s material topics for FY2026. We also report on workforce, community and governance matters that remain relevant to our stakeholders. Topic group FY2026 measures and business focus Environment 876.63 MWh purchased electricity; 14.154 megalitres (ML) water; 125.52 tonnes waste. Supplier energy use, materials and delivery reliability link procurement directly to performance. People and supply chain 1.86 training hours per employee; 33 employee departures. Our Human Rights Policy extends to subcontractors acting on our behalf. Risk management Oversight of operating continuity, financial performance and business conduct. Financial impact assessment planned for FY2027. The same assessment classified four topics as not applicable to Destini’s operations: water security, biodiversity, customer responsibility and tax transparency. Water consumption is nevertheless reported under pollution and resource management, in line with Bursa Malaysia’s common indicators. Shareholders and financial institutions Shareholders and financiers need a clear view of business performance, capital requirements and risk. The AGM, financial reporting and investor briefings provide that, and the June visit to Railtec gave investors a first-hand look at the rail operation. Selection of material topics Our six material topics are climate change, pollution and resources, environmental supply chain, labour standards, social supply chain and risk management. Other voluntary topics are reported alongside them. A financial impact assessment of these topics is planned for FY2027.
