Tropicana Corporation Berhad Annual Report 2025

Supply Chain Oversight & Continuity We monitor supplier performance throughout project delivery through project management oversight, contractor coordination and quality assurance processes. Where issues arise, we engage suppliers to implement appropriate follow-up actions, including clarification, corrective measures and enhanced monitoring where necessary. To support operational continuity and resilience, we maintain a diversified supplier base and align procurement planning with project timelines. Where feasible, we engage local suppliers and contractors to support local economic participation and strengthen supply chain stability.
