GOVERNANCE CONNECTING RESULTS WITH THE BUSINESS Quarterly briefings formed part of our engagement with the investment community during FY2026. First-quarter engagement The first-quarter investor briefing took place at The Westin Element Kuala Lumpur on 9 December 2025. Alongside the AGM, it formed part of Destini’s engagement with shareholders and the investment community during the financial year. The businesses behind the numbers The June Railtec visit gave investors an opportunity to see the facilities and technical work underlying the rail business, alongside discussion of quarterly results. Second- and third-quarter briefings The second-quarter briefing took place on 11 February 2026. The third-quarter briefing on 16 June was combined with MBSB Berhad’s investor site visit to Railtec in Seremban. Engagement in an operating setting The site visit added an operating perspective to the financial briefing, allowing discussion to take place where rail services are delivered. Engagement through the year The AGM and three investor briefings sustained our dialogue with shareholders and the investment community throughout FY2026.
