SHAREHOLDERS AND OUR OPERATING BUSINESSES Shareholder engagement in FY2026 included the AGM, quarterly investor briefings and a visit to our rail operation. The annual general meeting Destini’s 21st AGM took place at the Glenmarie headquarters on 2 December 2025, followed by the first-quarter investor briefing on 9 December. SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT GOVERNANCE From briefings to an operating location Investor briefings were held on 9 December 2025 and 11 February 2026. On 16 June 2026, the quarterly-results briefing was combined with an MBSB Berhad investor visit to Railtec in Seremban. Rail-sector relationships Railtec hosted a delegation of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) railway chief executive officers (CEOs) on 11 September 2025, a Technology Depository Agency visit to the EMU depot on 22 April 2026 and a GIATMARA Negeri Sembilan visit on 11 May 2026. This visit and the Railtec engagements opened discussion with industry, technology and skills organisations. Engagement over three periods Shareholder meetings, investor presentations and periodic reporting were engagement channels in FY2024 and FY2025.
