It applies to all operations under Destini’s direct control and to subcontractors acting on our behalf. Target: maintain zero substantiated human-rights complaints. Training hours by category and the contractor or temporary staff measure cover Destini Berhad only. Average training per employee is total recorded training hours divided by Group headcount at year-end (FY2026: 960 ÷ 515; FY2025: 576 ÷ 382). Because training at the operating businesses is not yet captured, the average understates the training actually delivered. N/A: not applicable. Respect in the workplace Our Human Rights Policy prohibits child labour, forced labour and human trafficking, and sets expectations for equal opportunity and protection from harassment and violence. These standards govern how people are treated at work, including subcontractors acting on our behalf. Training Management and executive training at the corporate office totalled 960 hours in FY2026. Average training per employee rose to 1.86 hours from 1.51 hours in FY2025. This average is separate from safety-training coverage and does not represent the number of employees trained. Complaints and departures No substantiated human-rights complaints were recorded in FY2026. Employee departures totalled 33: three managers, 18 executives and 12 technical staff.
