SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT Indicator FY2024 FY2025 FY2026 Local supplier spending (% of procurement spend) 87.62 43.46 100.00 (corporate souvenirs) Local spending (RM) - - 38,965 (corporate souvenirs) Foreign spending (RM) - - 0 (corporate souvenirs) ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPLY CHAIN AND PROCUREMENT Reliable access to components, materials and specialist services is essential to contract delivery. We assess environmental supply-chain exposure in that context, including suppliers’ own resource needs and the risk of disruption to transport networks. Quality and delivery We evaluate suppliers on quality, price, delivery and product safety. In specialist engineering, a single input that arrives late or out of specification can hold up an entire job, so the availability of qualified alternatives matters as much as purchase price. Anti-bribery in procurement Our anti-bribery requirements extend to relevant business partners and intermediaries. Procurement decisions must meet these conduct expectations as well as the technical requirements of the work. ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP Local spending Local suppliers accounted for 87.62% of procurement spending in FY2024 and 43.46% in FY2025. FY2026 data is currently limited to one corporate category: Destini Berhad spent RM38,965 on souvenirs, all with local suppliers. Because it covers a single category, the FY2026 figure is not comparable with earlier years. Upstream resources and continuity Energy and material costs flow through to supplier prices, and disruption to specialist inputs can delay delivery. Malaysia’s Greening Value Chain programme offers a model for supplier emissions reporting and capacity building. Our FY2026 local-spending indicator shows where we buy, not whether suppliers have been screened on environmental criteria. SUSTAINABILITY DESTINI BERHAD 60 ANNUAL REPORT 2026
