ENGINEERING CAPABILITY ACROSS OUR BUSINESSES Reliable equipment and skilled people are the common thread across our aviation and defence, energy, mobility and marine businesses, although each division carries its own technical capabilities and operating risks. Mobility Our mobility business maintains and overhauls electric train sets and supplies reengineering and rail-component services. At Railtec in Seremban, technical teams, specialist equipment and suppliers come together to keep rail assets in service. Parts availability and skilled labour determine how quickly work is sequenced and completed. Railtec logged 477,872 working hours in FY2026, around three-quarters of the Group total. Aviation and defence Our aviation and defence services cover safety and survival equipment, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), cylinder testing and calibration, and aircraft search, rescue and salvage support. In this work, equipment integrity, correct component handling and certified competence are non-negotiable. Keeping our technicians safe and retaining their specialist knowledge is what allows us to support customer assets across their full service lives. Energy Our energy activities cover tubular running and well-delivery services, handling and drilling tools, and engineering for renewable-energy systems – serving established oil and gas operations while building a position in cleaner supply. Fuel and electricity costs feed directly into service margins, and shifts in customer technology can call for new tools, skills and project capabilities. Marine Our marine activities cover lifeboats, rescue boats, davit systems and their maintenance. Techno Fibre and Vanguarde serve customers and source from suppliers across several markets. Safe working practices and equipment reliability are central to these services.
