In year 1985, Siab was awarded the construction contracts of two prestigious multi-storey office buildings in Kuala Lumpur, namely IBM Plaza and Plaza Atrium.

To-date, Siab had successfully completed numerous projects with total value exceeding RM2 billion. Our project mix comprise of high-end commercial developments, high rise grade A office developments, hypermarkets, industrial buildings, institutional buildings (inclusive of hospitals), high rise residential and township development. These include the construction of five star hotel, luxurious Crown Regency Service Apartments, Makro Cash & Carry Hypermarkets, Plaza Olympia Grade A Office Tower and industrial complex such as SKF Bearing, UCM Air Conditioners Plants, Kontrak Manufacturing Services KMS Consumer Products Plant, Jaya33, Plaza33, Menara LGB, Tesco Hypermarkets, Bentong Hospital & etc..

We have implemented projects requiring full compliance with the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) on quality and workmanship. Our Quality Management System is also in conformance to the Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS 21) accreditation. Some of the Works require full compliance with Green Building requirements and we have implemented projects requiring the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Accreditation and also the Green Building Index (GBI) Green Mark Accreditation.

Moving forward, Siab have been integrated all of an organization's systems and processes (QMS, EMS & OSH) into one complete framework, enabling an organization to work as a single unit with unified objectives. Our Integrated Management Systems; (QESH) allows to conduct integrated audits and assessments, as well as optimize processes and resources.
