Wasco Energy operates engineering and fabrication yards strategically located to serve the global markets. As a part of our integrated engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction offerings, our yards’ capabilities are established to provide a first-class experience for each of our clients. Each of our facilities are fully accredited and certified to deliver major oil and gas projects that adhere to stringent international standards, guaranteeing certainty of outcome.
Wasco Energy operates on a single-point of responsibility and accountability that ensures flawless operations efficiency, reduced costs and faster project turn-around. Stringent adherence to HSE procedures is practiced at all levels of operations to ensure compliance with project requirements in reference to applicable laws, codes and standards in all jurisdictions that we operate.Wasco Energy’s flagship 12-hectares fabrication yard is strategically located in Free Trade Zone of Batam island, Indonesia. The yard undertakes project management, detail engineering, procurement and fabrication services for major oil and gas companies. Specializing in e-houses, electric sub-stations and process equipment integrator modules, it caters for both offshore (FPSO) and onshore applications, particularly for LNG plants in Australia that uphold stringent international standards.
Our engineering division also maintains and operates an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. This QMS is also certified by BSI through periodical quality audits. Our Batam yard is also a certified ASME facility for manufacturing pressure vessels and is authorized to use the U, U2 and S ASME stamps. We are also a member of TRACE, the internationally recognized organization that works with companies to raise anti-bribery compliance standards.

Wasco Energy’s Dubai facility operates out of the Oilfields Supply Centre in the Jebel Ali Free Zone. Its strategic location enables us to provide engineering support to the Middle East, North Africa and CIS.
An established leader in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries in Middle East since 1999, our Dubai facility offers process engineering, design and procurement capabilities as well as aftermarket services and full contract services on fleet compression packages. The yard is capable of packaging up to 7500 BHP reciprocating and screw compressors.
