Scope of Work SUPPLY OF 21 SUBSTATIONS

"Schneider Electric France (SEF) awarded the EPC contract for 21 sub stations (5 different types include split modules) to Wasco during 2016 and 2017 with staggered deliveries starting from Jan 2018 to July 2019 for a project in onshore Kazahkstan. Wasco scope of work included : Engineering, Procurement Construction & Assembly Work, Painting Work, Interconnecting cabling, Pre Commissioning, Architectural Work, Installation of all Free Issue Equipment (FIE), F&G System, Interconnecting cabling, Mechanical Completion, Testing of Wasco supplied systems and Documentation. All of the sub stations were designed and fabricated to meet Kazakhstan (ROK) requirements, they are fully certified to EAC standards and are fabricated using low temperature steel (355NL with impact of 27J @ -50 Deg C) to meet the severe climatic conditions experienced in Kazakhstan. All have been successfully completed and loaded out on time with Zero punch list and Wasco safely clocked more than 610,000 man hours without LTI.
