Working in the searing heat of Malacca in a ROW through palm oil plantations in rolling hills completing the pipeline construction of this 3 part project 3 months ahead of the Contract Completion Date. To keep the entire project on schedule Petronas later included the construction of the pipeline through an operating and complex refinery area. Completed 3 months ahead of the Contract Completion Date.
