The Shwe Project Phase 2 Development plans to extend the existing Shwe facilities to include the Shwe Phyu and Shwe Subsea wells. Phase 2 comprises the following elements:
Five-slot subsea production manifold at Shwe, with three close-clustered subsea production wells (SHD-N, SHD-O and SHD-P), one remote subsea production well (SHD-M) and one spare slot. The remote subsea production well is connected to the Shwe subsea manifold via a dedicated production pipeline, and umbilical from Shwe subsea manifold to the remote well; A single production pipeline from the Shwe subsea manifold to the SHP, with retrofit riser at SHP and umbilical from the SHP to Shwe Subsea.
Five-slot subsea production manifold at Shwe Phyu, with two close-clustered subsea production wells (SPD-B and SPD-C), two remote production wells (SPD-A and SPD-D) and two spare slots. The remote subsea production well SPD-D is connected to the Shwe Phyu subsea manifold via a dedicated production line. The other remote well SPD-A is tied back to the main production line through the introduction of an ILT at the main pipeline. A single production pipeline from the Shwe Phyu subsea manifold tethers two close clustered wells (SPD-B and SPD-C) as well as the two remote wells to the SHP, with retrofit riser at SHP and umbilical from the SHP to Shwe Phyu. The control umbilical for the two remote wells is from the SDU located at Shwe Phyu drill center.
Topsides modifications at the SHP facility to tie-in production from Shwe Subsea and Shwe Phyu Subsea. During Phase 2, the peak wellhead gas flowrate for the Shwe development area will remain 640 MMscfd. The Shwe Phyu and Mya fluid compositions are comparable to the Shwe fluids (gas composition >99 mol% methane) with limited liquids present and low carbon dioxide (<0.5 mol%) and H2S (~0.5 ppmv) concentrations.
