Mr. Khoo Kar Liang has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Wasco Pipe Sabah, part of the Pipelines Services Group of Wasco, since July 2012.

Mr. Khoo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Finance from the University of Montevallo, United States, obtained in 1987.

He began his career with Petro Pipes Industries Sdn. Bhd. as an Administration Officer cum HR Executive in 1987 and progressed to Business Development Manager in 1989. In 1996, he transitioned to Hicom Petro Pipes Sdn. Bhd, where he served as a Business Consultant until 2003. He then joined the Interplex Group of Companies (formerly part of Petro-Pipe Group) as a Senior General Manager in 2003, a position he held until 2012.
