QUALITY COMMITMENT Over the years, Tropicana has successfully completed 23 Quality Assessment System in Construction (“QLASSIC”) certified developments, with 13 projects achieving scores above 80%. As we reflect on more than 46 years in the real estate industry, we take pride in our legacy of resilience, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to quality, while continuing to uphold our responsibilities towards society and the environment. Quality assurance remains a core focus at Tropicana and a key driver in achieving customer satisfaction. Our Quality Management System (“QMS”) provides a robust foundation of well-defined processes, reflecting best practices in prevention, performance monitoring, management involvement, and customer-centric delivery. Tropicana’s quality management approach is guided by 4 key principles: 1. Continuous improvement and customer focus – Regularly reviewing the effectiveness of our QMS to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations; 2. Compliance and standards excellence – Adhering to statutory, regulatory, and MS ISO 9001 requirements, while adopting QLASSIC certification based on Construction Industry Standards CIS: 7:2014 and assessments by the Construction Industry Development Board (“CIDB”); 3. People development – Enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce through ongoing training and coaching; and 4. Safe working environment – Ensuring a safe, healthy, and conducive workplace at all times. INDEPENDENT QUALITY ASSESSMENT To uphold the expectations associated with the Tropicana brand, we implement robust control systems, including comprehensive assessments to ensure compliance with the QLASSIC standards as outlined by the CIDB. In 2025, we are proud to have achieved QLASSIC certification for Hana Residences, Tropicana Aman @ Kota Kemuning, with an impressive score of 85%. Guided by a continuous improvement approach, we remain committed to enhancing our product quality and service standards in line with evolving customer expectations, market trends, and industry regulations.
