07 ESG Practices a. Introduced enhanced sustainability policies to further strengthen ESG practices across the Group. b. Achieved a strong 4-star rating in the FTSE4Good ESG Rating assessed by FTSE Russel, reflecting the Group’s continued progress in ESG performance. This high 4-star rating, which doubled from last year, reflects the Group’s ongoing commitment to connecting communities, forging futures, and redefining the art of living. c. This achievement is underpinned by Tropicana’s robust sustainability strategy, with an emphasis on corporate governance and the integration of sustainability risks and opportunities. d. In tandem with this milestone, Tropicana has been included in the F4GBM Index Series, which recognises public listed companies (“PLCs”) demonstrating strong ESG practices, benchmarked against the FTSE Russell rating system. e. Collaborated with the UN Global Compact Network Malaysia & Brunei and Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad to host the PROGRESS Climate Action Workshop, aimed at building climate resilience and competitiveness among Small and Medium Enterprises (“SMEs”) and their supply chains in achieving net-zero goals. f. This Climate Action workshop, themed “Going Green Makes Good Business,” provided valuable ESG insights to over 30 Tropicana vendors, highlighting how sustainable practices can enhance business resilience and longterm value. This collaboration underscores Tropicana’s commitment to green building excellence and eco-friendly practices, in line with its broader ESG agenda. g. In 2024, Tropicana signed an MOU with GreenRE Sdn Bhd (“GreenRE”), reinforcing its long-term commitment to sustainable development. Building on this, in 2025, the Group achieved GreenRE certification for Tropicana Miyu Residences, Petaling Jaya, and Clarissa Serviced Suites @ Tropicana Cenang, Langkawi. 57
