Skypark Kepler @ Lido Waterfront Boulevard was honoured with the Best Branded Residential Development and the Best Ultra Luxury High-Rise Development (Southern), while Fraser Heights @ Tropicana Uplands won Best Mass Market Landed Development (Southern).
