LOW YUNG HUI Managing Director, Business Development & Project SHAHRIL BIN ABDUL SALAM Executive Director, Authority Liaison Mr Low Yung Hui holds a Bachelor of Science in Property Management from University of Technology Malaysia. He brings with him over 20 years of extensive professional experience in the real estate and business development. He has been with the Group for close to 18 years, playing a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of company’s business development initiatives. His key achievements including securing key joint partnerships, generation of capital through acquisition and disposal of land banks. In addition, he is currently involved in project management, overseeing both current and upcoming projects. Mr Low Yung Hui does not have any family relationship with any Directors and/or major shareholders of Tropicana, nor any conflict of interest with Tropicana. Mr Shahril Bin Abdul Salam holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA. He brings with him extensive experience in project management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination within the property development industry. He currently oversees the Authority Liaison division, where he is responsible for managing regulatory requirements, coordinating with relevant authorities, and ensuring alignment with statutory and compliance standards across the Group’s developments. In July 2025, his responsibilities were further expanded to include oversight of the operations of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. Prior to joining Tropicana, Mr Shahril served as Assistant Vice President at KWEST Sdn Bhd, wholly-owned subsidiary of KWAP since 2021. He began his career with Sunway City Berhad, where he spent 17 years honing his expertise across various roles, ultimately holding the position of Senior Project Manager.
