SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT SOCIAL SUPPLY CHAIN AND BUSINESS PARTNERS The working conditions of supplier and contractor personnel are part of Destini’s social supply-chain exposure. Our policy requirements extend to everyone carrying out work on our behalf. People supporting delivery Contractor and supplier personnel support the specialist services and inputs our businesses depend on. Their working conditions matter as much as the quality and timing of what they deliver. Human rights beyond our workforce Our Human Rights Policy covers subcontractors acting on Destini’s behalf. It addresses dignity, non-discrimination, child and forced labour, and workplace safety, setting the standard we expect whenever work is carried out for the Group. Conduct within the supply network Our Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy applies to business associates, including agents, contractors, consultants and business partners. It requires due diligence where corruption risk arises and for our anti-corruption expectations to be communicated at the start of each relationship. Limits of current coverage Flooding, heat and changing technical requirements can also affect supplier and contractor personnel. We have not yet quantified supplier labour screening or corrective-action outcomes, so our policy coverage should not be read as evidence that all suppliers have been assessed. Supplier evaluation and reporting Supplier evaluation in FY2024 and FY2025 covered quality, price, delivery and product safety. Our policy commitments and procurement criteria address different aspects of the relationship with suppliers. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY SUSTAINABILITY DESTINI BERHAD 68 ANNUAL REPORT 2026
