Twenty per cent of workers received safety and health training during the year. Targets: maintain zero work-related fatalities and a lost-time incident rate of 0.00. Lost-time incident rate (LTIR) is the number of lost-time incidents normalised by hours worked. Working time is reported in hours and safety-training coverage as a percentage of workers. Hours worked by business Railtec recorded 477,872 hours from July 2025 to June 2026 and Destini Prima 133,888 hours. Trovon Malaysia contributed 14,976 hours, Techno Fibre Australia 7,286 and Techno Fibre Malaysia 4,160. Concentration of hours Railtec and Destini Prima together accounted for 611,760 hours (96% of the total), with Trovon Malaysia and Techno Fibre in Australia and Malaysia making up the remaining 26,422 hours. Railtec’s monthly records show no lost-time incidents in FY2026. Safety training Our businesses logged 195 safety-training records: 146 at Railtec, 16 at Destini Prima, 13 at Destini Berhad, 10 at Techno Fibre Malaysia and five each at Destini Oil Services and Hijau Baiduri. These are training records rather than a count of individual workers, so they are not used to calculate the coverage percentage. Destini Berhad’s programme included Emergency Response Team training. Safety performance over three periods No work-related fatalities occurred in FY2024, FY2025 or FY2026. LTIR fell from 2.20 in FY2024 to 0.00 in FY2025 and remained at zero in FY2026. Safety-training coverage was 36% in FY2025 and 20% in FY2026.
