This is my first statement to you as Chairman, having joined the Board on 14 August 2026, and it is my privilege to present Destini’s Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2026. Dear Valued Shareholders, The Group’s financial performance moderated during FY2026, while Mobility continued to demonstrate its importance to the Group. The direction that emerged from the year is clear. Mobility is our strategic focus, and we intend to strengthen its growth potential through technological advancement, digitalisation and the expansion of our technical capabilities. Aviation & Defence and Energy will be repositioned to strengthen their contribution to the Group while Marine will undergo a strategic review, with the Board considering all options to maximise shareholder returns. That is why FY2027 marks the next phase of the Group’s journey. The Board will concentrate on three priorities: delivering secured contracts, maintaining financial discipline, and strengthening governance and accountability.
