Ltd. was struck off on 4 May 2026. (ii) Trovon Equipment Trading & Maintenance LLC., a 49% owned subsidiary of Trovon Holdings Limited was struck off on 4 May 2026. (e) Internal re-organisation During the financial year On 26 March 2026, the Company acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares, representing the entire equity interest in Destini Mobility Sdn. Bhd., from Destini Energy Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, for a cash consideration of RM1. On 11 May 2026, Destini Rail Sdn. Bhd. acquired 290,012 ordinary shares, representing the entire equity interest in Trovon Group Pty. Ltd., from TF Corp Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, for a cash consideration of AUD1. On 16 June 2026, Trovon Group Pty. Ltd. acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares, representing the entire equity interest in Trovon Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., from Trovon Sea Pte.
