The Manager aims to support Al-`Aqar’s operational and acquisition growth strategies within a prudent risk management framework, by employing an efficient capital management strategy. The Manager believes that an efficient capital management strategy will improve total returns while reducing risks for unitholders by maintaining financial flexibility to meet capital expenditure requirements. The Manager will regularly review its capital management strategy to reflect Al-`Aqar’s investment opportunities, its operating and the general economic environment, and Al-`Aqar’s requirements.
